At 75, most of us want to be debt-free, have a nice place to live, be admired by our peers, and have achieved some of our ambitions. That’s exactly where Tacoma Art Museum finds itself at after celebrating its 75th birthday last fall, weathering the recession in its new building and gaining a reputation as one of the best museums in the Northwest – while still aiming for bigger goals.
