How often to you get to take a business trip with essentially no cost to your organization?

On Jan. 17 I traveled to Las Vegas for a day-long press check of the 2011 Tacoma + Pierce County Visitor Guide.

Tacoma Regional CVB's Marketing + Communications team spent many hours and a few long nights putting the guide together. In Vegas, the work culminated in the final step of working with Creel Printing to check and double-check content, colors and quality control in the midst of the roaring printers pumping out copies of the guide at an incomprehensible rate.

Prepare yourself. The guide will soon be available on TravelTacoma.com or pick one up when you visit our Visitor Information Center. If you haven't seen the guide yet, it just might be the best one yet.
