- Developed Pierce County Agritourism product for farmers, restaurants, wineries, breweries, hoteliers and tour operators
- Launched mobile version of TravelTacoma.com
- Held the Glass Roots cooperative sales campaign for meeting planners, which resulted in eight RFPs with a potential economic impact of nearly $900,000
- Leveraged cultural tourism discussions in an initiative to bring together attractions in Pierce County to collaborate and connect resources
- Supported 65 meeting planners and provided onsite services for 25 conferences
- Assisted nearly 8,500 visitors in the Tacoma Visitor Information Center, 16 percent more than in 2010
