After a few years' hiatus, festival goers are revved up and ready to celebrate. Freedom Fest is returning to JBLM! The event has been moved to the 29th in an effort to catch more people before their many plans on the Fourth. Expect a car show, carnival rides, food trucks, vendor booths, bounce houses, and on-stage entertainment before the finale fireworks at 10:15 p.m.
July 3
Red, White and Kaboom
Puyallup Fairgrounds
5:30-10:30 p.m.
Why wait til the tomorrow to see fireworks? Head to the Gold & Teal Lots of the Washington State Fairgrounds for live music, food trucks, beer garden, kids’ corner, and a professional fireworks display.
July 4
Four on the Fourth
Steilacoom
9:00-11:00 a.m.
What better way to kick off the Fourth than with a quick run? You’ll also help local athletes while earning your hot dogs; race fees provide shoes and uniforms for local youth runners, and one college scholarship for a graduating senior.
DuPont's Fourth of July Hometown Celebration Parade

Start your Fourth festivities with the annual DuPont parade! The route begins at the DuPont Historical Museum and ends at Clocktower Park.
