Come honor 100 years of history at Fort Lewis. Schedule highlights include a historic aircraft flyover and appearances by the Washington State Lieutenant Governor. Centennial celebrations begin at 1:00 pm and continue until roughly 5:00 pm, and are open to the public.

Hudson's Bay Heritage Days comes to DuPont this weekend, and it brings a Kansas City BBQ cook-off competition and the 5 star classic car show with it! Admission is free to this family-friendly celebration in Clocktower Park.

3. In the Spirit: Northwest Native Festival

Tacoma Art Museum and Washington State History Museum
Celebrate indigenous arts and cultures. Spend the day enjoying dancing, drumming, singing and browsing the artwork of Native American artists. Festivities kick off at 10 am with the blessing and procession. Admission to both the TAM and WSHM are free and festival activities are open to the public.

Pack your lawn chair, blankets and snacks and get ready to enjoy some family time this Saturday evening at the Summer Bash at STAR Center . The line up of activities features live music, games, and a free outdoor movie. Activities begin at 5:00 pm, and the movie Sing will begin at dusk.
